This coaching session gives professionals the opportunity to learn why they react the way they do to certain workplace situations, how others may perceive them, and how to manage both. Professionals get the opportunity to learn their strengths, identify opportunities to develop, and create an action plan to take their career to the next level.

Professionals work one-on-one with a leadership coach on a specific work related challenge or development area. Once payment is received, one of our expert coaches will schedule an appointment using the email provided during the payment process.

Coaching Encounter sessions are one-on-one, high-impact sessions with a career, executive, or leadership coach who guides leaders toward performance optimization, pattern detection, and solutions-focused thinking.

-Companies sign up to have a coach come to your location 1 half day per week, on a quarterly basis

-Employees can drop by or sign up for 30-60 minute coaching time slots

-Coaching can also be done remotely via Zoom, if preferred

-Each employee leaves the session with an action plan to move them forward in the week ahead
