Our desire is that you will strengthen your  leadership ability to execute strategically and effectively through yourself and others.

Every week a set of leadership actions will be emailed to you with different point values.  Every leader should attempt to follow these actions if they want to be successful.  Select one or several actions to execute each week and generate challenge points. Do it as an individual challenge or round up a few others and do it as a team.

The program will move quickly.  The best way to reap the rewards is to be prepared.  Schedule time every week for the next four weeks to schedule your activities, complete them, and complete your leadership journal.. Remember, you will get out of the program what you put in.
